1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the payment instructions, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your order's status.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
Mobile Money (MTN & Airtel)
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Cash on Delivery (Available in Kampala Areas only).
Note: For orders above 500,000 UGX, we require instant online payment via Mobile Money or Card before processing the order.
4. How long does delivery take?
Same-day delivery in Kampala for orders placed before 6:00.
1-3 days for other regions in Uganda.
Delivery timelines for East Africa may vary based on location.
5. How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery charges depend on your location. Fees will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 7 days if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
7. Do you offer warranty on products?
Some products come with a warranty. Check the product description or contact us to confirm if a specific item is covered.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
9. Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate online only, offering fast delivery across Uganda and East Africa.
