7-Day Return Policy – Life Stores Uganda

At Life Stores Uganda, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

   The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. 
   The item must be unused or lightly used and in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact).
3. 
   The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.
4. 
   Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

1. 
   Products that show signs of long-term use.
2. 
   Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents.
3. 
   Certain products like underwear, cosmetics, electronics and perishable goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
   
   

Return Process
Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide details of your return request along with images (if necessary).
Once approved, return the product to our store or designated pickup location.
After inspection, you will receive a replacement, store credit, or refund (as applicable).
